Project Management Consultant

About this role

As a Skeiny Consultant, you would be supporting project teams by utilising your expertise in specialised project management disciplines to effectively conduct moderate level consulting assignments. 

You would also be developing and maintaining schedules and budgets for complex projects, resolving project issues. providing coaching and mentorship, improving project management processes, and developing contingency plans whilst providing ongoing stakeholder updates. 

Essential attributes for your fulfilment and success

Project Management:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Controls or Project Delivery
  • CAPM or PMP certified 
  • Expertise in project management disciplines (e.g., planning, cost management, risk management) 
  • Excellent understanding of project life cycle 

 

Communication: 

  • Ability to coach and mentor within the Skeiny team and external projects 
  • Possess high-quality communication, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels 

 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Ability to update project stakeholders regularly
  • Ability to interpret, analyse, and present data for management action

 

Technical Proficiency:  

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with attention to detail 

 

Agility and Adaptability: 

  • Ability to learn quickly 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines 
  • Adaptable and resilient to changing environments and situations 

 

Team Player Excellence: 

  • Love to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of an organisation 
  • Seek clarity, and are proactive and self-motivated to work effectively in a remote team environment

Salary range

$104,000 - $156,000
